Fletcher Hotel Restaurant Amersfoort

I liked the soft comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very busy and therefore perhaps not in the best mood. Understandable since we were visiting a festival in the vicinity and therefore the hotel was crowded. Apparently you could reserve early check-in for 15 euros which is a great service during busy weekends like this (I, myself didn't use this option, but some of my company did). The hotel also ordered a cheap and punctual taxi for us. So great services. Breakfast was also good and the surroundings were beautiful. The hotel was fully booked but the rooms were quiet. Amersfoort also seems to be a nice city.

The room was spacious and clean. It was quite comfortable and it was great to be able to open a window for fresh air - a much-needed tonic after a few days in Amsterdam central. The bakery and fruit shop just down the road were excellent!! It is a little out of town which we liked but may not be for the usual tourist. And the coffee!!! We are not sure what it was but this place easily had the best coffee yet on our trip - we are three weeks in!

We had had a long day of driving and it was lovely to come to this quiet spot with a big comfortable room with tea/coffee station. We were able to book breakfast and evening meal when we checked in.staff were professional, efficient and friendly.nice to eat in the hotel after a long day, and we didn't have to go out and find somewhere to eat. We are vegetarians and I am also gluten free and they easily accommodated our dietary requirements. Well done guys!

The exceptional stay with a small problem regarding the reservation, that is, I took one night's accommodation through Booking and at the hotel I asked if it was possible to stay one more night, they answered yes, but the price of one night was two times higher than what I had already booked. And the reception staff gave me almost no explanation
